2. Service Access

  • Customers must provide accurate service addresses, access codes, and property rules (e.g., HOA guidelines) so we can complete scheduled services.

  • If service cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, restricted access, or noncompliance with rules, the visit may still be billed as completed.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Recurring services will be performed on the agreed schedule.

  • One-time services must be scheduled in advance through our website or customer support.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid charges.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of scheduling or per the terms of your subscription plan.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers.

  • Service may be paused or terminated if payment is not received.

  • Prices are subject to change. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Place trash in approved containers or bags as instructed.

  • Avoid placing hazardous, oversized, or restricted items for collection.

  • Follow all HOA, community, or property-specific trash guidelines.

6. Company Rights

The Can Collective reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or suspend service if conditions are unsafe or not compliant.

  • Reschedule pickups due to holidays, weather, or operational reasons.

  • Adjust services, policies, or pricing as needed to maintain quality and compliance.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper trash preparation, hazardous materials, or resident negligence.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Can Collective disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, service names, and materials — belongs to The Can Collective and may not be used without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that interferes with operations.

10. Governing Law
